The Hidea HDF20 short-shaft is a powerful yet compact 4-stroke outboard motor that delivers outstanding performance in a portable package. With 20 hp and a 362 cc 2-cylinder engine, this motor offers strong acceleration, plenty of torque and a smooth power delivery. Thanks to the advanced cross-flow induction and the tuned intake system, the engine responds instantly to the throttle, whilst vibrations and engine noise are significantly reduced. This makes the HDF20 ideal for inflatable boats, aluminium fishing boats and console boats with a low transom.

The engine comes with a recoil starter. The digital CDI ignition ensures easy starting and a quick throttle response. With forward-neutral-reverse gear selection, adjustable steering friction and a shallow-water setting, manoeuvring is easy and controlled. The propeller-mounted exhaust ensures quieter cruising, whilst the thermostatically controlled cooling system keeps the engine at a constant temperature. Thanks to the six-layer PPG paint finish, stainless steel water pump housing and internal zinc anodes, the engine is protected against corrosion. The engine comes with a 12-litre fuel tank including a fuel gauge.
