One or more items can be returned within 14 days from the day of receipt. There are two different ways to return.
First, you can deliver the items free of charge to our store in Joure during our opening hours.
The second way to return is through our online returns portal which can be found at the bottom of this page. Here you can easily start your return by entering your zip code + order number. You will then be asked some questions about the reason for your return. By paying once €7 you will receive a return stamp or a QR code that you can have scanned at the drop-off point. Please note that the items must be in undamaged condition, if reasonably possible, with the original packaging, cards and/or labels. Package the items well and return it with sufficient postage within 14 days from the day of receipt.
We will refund the entire purchase price including standard return shipping costs. If you return only part of the order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used to make the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
You will receive the refund as soon as possible (but no later than 14 days after receipt of your return, however, we may wait with the refund until the products are received. Or until you have proven that you have sent them. If you notify us of the return in advance during the return period, you still have 14 days from that time to actually return the products.
You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. This means that you can evaluate/fit the product(s) you ordered. Just like you can do in our store. Are you not satisfied with the purchase? Then you can revoke (return) the order within 14 days. After the revocation you have 14 days to return the item to us. Please note that if a product is damaged or can no longer be sold as new, charges may apply. You are only liable for the diminished value of the items beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the items. Please ensure that you return the items to us within 14 days of receipt or within 14 days after you have cancelled the contract, otherwise unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return.
