You can imagine that with nice weather it is very busy in both our store and customer service, because of course everyone wants to get out on the water! We therefore do our best to answer your questions quickly even on the busiest days of the year. We also love to welcome you to our store. Planning to stop by the store for a particular item? Although our stock on the website is accurate, you can call us first to be sure. Then we can reserve the desired item for you in advance!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I track my package?

You will receive a message from the courier on the day of shipment with a track and trace link. This will indicate the time period in which the courier will visit you. If you chose 'tomorrow' delivery you will receive this message at the end of the afternoon.

When can I expect my order?

Look carefully at the delivery time for each item. If it says 'ordered before 23:59, delivered tomorrow' and you have chosen the delivery method 'tomorrow', you can expect your order the next day between 17:00 and 22:00.

Is a different delivery time listed such as '3-5 business days'? Then the article must come from an external warehouse, the article will be delivered to you within 5 working days.

Is the article not delivered on time? Please contact us and we will find out for you what is wrong with your order.

Can I still change my order?

If your order has not yet been processed at the warehouse, the order can still be changed. If you want to make a change, the quickest way to do so is by phone. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, unfortunately nothing more can be changed. To find out the current status of your order please contact us.

How can I exchange an item?

It is not possible to indicate the exchange of an item on your return form. If you want to exchange an item, you can return the wrong item to us, and in the meantime reorder the desired item. This is the fastest way, so you do not have to wait for your new items until we have received and processed your return.

NB: Is it about exchanging one item from a bundle such as a jacket from a sailing suit? If so, please contact us and we will make sure you can keep your bundle price.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

For an order below €75,- within the Netherlands and Belgium, you pay the shipping costs yourself.
For an order amount above €75,- shipping of your order is free!
