For riders of 65–85 kg at 4–5 Beaufort, we recommend an allround set with a 9–10 M kite and a 135–140 cm twintip. This covers you in most conditions.
Choosing your kite size
The right kite size depends on body weight and wind strength. As a rule of thumb: a 9 M kite suits 75–85 kg at 4–5 Beaufort. In less wind use a 12 M; in stronger wind use an 8 M. For beginners, a slightly larger kite with more lift is recommended.
