Don't forget the details
When designing the dinghies, thought was given to the smallest details. An example is the addition of extra protective strips under the boat's floats. This provides protection when towing and when storing. In addition, the paddle holders and anchor rope guide are fitted with additional PVC starter to slow down wear and tear due to UV.
Durably made
For several years, all HIBO dinghies have been produced with welded seams. This means that the seams are pressed together by heat. This method of production is another improvement suitable for longer life of the durable dinghy. Many dinghies have a wooden transom with a polyester finish, but the HIBO dinghy has a polyester transom. This prevents rapid wear and tear and extends the life of the boat.
The strongest dinghy
Many comparable dinghies are equipped with 0.9 mm thick PVC with a weave density of 1100 denier. The HIBO dinghies in contrast are made of 1.2 mm thick PVC with a weave density of 2000 denier. This makes the HIBO the strength dinghy in its price range. The highest quality PVC from South Korea is used. A UV-resistant coating is applied to the PVC for longer life.
Stylish and useful finish
Each dinghy is carefully inspected and finished in the HIBO factory. The transom is additionally reinforced with bolts for more strength. Splash flaps have been added to reduce splashing water inside the boat. A gasoline tank holder has been added inside the boat, preventing the gas tank from sliding through the dinghy. An anchor guide has been placed on the nose of the dinghy to prevent direct contact between the PVC and the anchor rope.
Aluminum floor
The HIBO dinghy has a sturdy aluminum floor that can take a beating. The floor is easy to place and take apart, so the dinghy can be easily stored. Due to the included side profiles, the aluminum floor stays firmly in the dinghy. This ensures improved sailing characteristics and prevents the floor parts from jumping up during wave action.
Complete package
A HIBO dinghy comes complete with a comprehensive instruction manual. The boat comes with a carrying bag for the dinghy and a separate bag for the floorboards. This allows for easy storage and transportation. The boat includes a foot pump, a mooring rope (4 meters) and an emergency repair kit.
