How do I find the right size?
Check chest circumference and weight against the size chart. Thumb test: the vest should not slide over your head. Neoprene shrinks slightly when wet.
Which buoyancy aid is best for kitesurfing?
An impact vest with a hard EVA core protects on crashes, fits well under a harness and won’t ride up. Look for CE 50N certification for on-board use.
Should I wear a buoyancy aid if I’m a strong swimmer?
Cold shock, fatigue, currents and waves are independent of swimming ability. On open water wearing a buoyancy aid is always the sensible choice.
