The Severne Windsurf Board Verso is a manoeuvrable freewave board that enables surfers to ride waves and freeride comfortably on flat water. The compact, well-considered outline provides stability when water-starting and good manoeuvrability when turning and making quick directional changes. The rocker is tuned for Dutch coastal and lake conditions: early enough for planing in light wind, high enough for a smooth, controlled turn on a wave or head-on chop. Footstrap positions let you choose between stable and central for learning, or compact and active for a sportier feel.
In practice, the Verso is best sailed with a wave or freewave sail from 4.0 to 6.5 square metres, depending on conditions and experience. The board accelerates easily, responds sharply to rear foot pressure and gives enough feedback to really play with the wind and water. The solid construction withstands intensive use in salt water and maintains its shape and stiffness over the seasons. Transport and storage are easy thanks to the integrated carry handles. A pleasant allround freewave board for surfers who want to manoeuvre, ride waves and have fun on the water.
