Buying a wetsuit
When buying a wetsuit in our watersports store, we always try to make sure we have a range that allows us to cater to what is needed in a wetsuit for water sports. In addition, each season requires a different thickness and protection, for example a good thermal liner is essential in cold water. In summer, a 3/2 or shorty wetsuit is often sufficient. There is also a wetsuit available for every budget!
Buying a wetsuit ladies
A ladies wetsuit comes in a fullsuit, shortarm or shorty version. For ladies the fullsuit is the most sold version. A fullsuit wetsuit ladies is available in different thicknesses. The 5/3 for the cold months and the 3/2 for the warmer months. The first number indicates the thickness on the body, the areas where warmth is needed. And the second figure indicates the thickness on the arms and legs. Therefore, buying a wetsuit with the right thickness is important for a pleasant day on the water.
Buying a wetsuit for a child
Wetsuit for a child? Make sure the wetsuit provides adequate protection! Children cool down quickly because they still have little fat. So usually choose a warmer wetsuit than you would put on yourself. Therefore, the 3/2 Boston is the most commonly chosen option when buying wetsuits for children. For the colder months, the 5/3 Malmö is definitely recommended!
