The outlet is not a fixed collection but a dynamic page. Once an item sells out, it disappears. Items are not reordered. Order of purchase determines who gets what. We regularly add new items, particularly at the end of a season (spring and autumn) when the new season's stock arrives. How long are outlet items available?

Outlet items are available while stocks last. There is no fixed time period. Popular sizes of common items can sell out within a day, while niche products or larger sizes tend to stay available longer. We do not reorder outlet items, even when demand is high. If you want a specific item, order as soon as you spot it. The only way to secure an item is to add it to your cart and complete the purchase. Items in your cart are temporarily reserved but not confirmed until payment is received.

Are outlet items new or used?

All items in our outlet are new and unused, unless the product description explicitly states it is a display model or an item with minor transport damage. Seasonal surplus items are simply new products from a previous season that we have left over. They are stored in our warehouse in Joure and have never been used or worn. The packaging may show slight storage marks, but the product itself is unworn and complete. If you're unsure, you're welcome to contact our specialists in Joure before purchasing to check the condition of a specific item.

Can I return outlet items?

Yes. Outlet items fall under the same return policy as regular products. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Send us a message at info@ijbensports.com or contact our team in Joure by phone. We'll send you the return instructions. Note: a specific return exception applies to some outlet items that are hygiene products, such as face masks or neoprene underwear. This will be clearly stated in the product description. If in doubt, ask us before you order.

Are new outlet items added regularly?

Yes, the outlet is updated on an ongoing basis. The biggest batches arrive twice a year: at the end of spring season (June-July) and at the end of autumn season (November-December), when new collections arrive and we need to free up space in our warehouse. In between, we occasionally add items when a brand discontinues a line or when we have made additional purchases. The best way to stay up to date is our newsletter, where we always announce new outlet batches. We do not send separate alerts per product type, but the newsletter always gives you an early heads-up.
