Are JOBE outlet products used or new?
All items in the JOBE outlet are new, unused and in original packaging. They are not returns or test packs. The discount comes from JOBE itself at season changes: previous colourways, remainders after a redesign or leftover sizes are sold through the outlet. The warranty is identical to the regular collection, so you have the same manufacturer coverage as on a new seasonal product. It can happen that a specific size or colour is no longer available; what's in the range is what there is.
Can I exchange an outlet item?
Yes, outlet items are subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the product is unused and in original condition. One exception: because outlet sizes are limited in stock, exchanging for a different size may not always be possible if that size is already sold out. In that case we offer credit or a refund.
