Firm, but without deforming the hull. Never overtighten on inflatable boats — the pressure can damage the PVC.

Category B is sufficient up to 750 kg trailer weight. For a combined weight up to 3,500 kg category B also applies; above that category BE is required. Rules vary by country — check local regulations.
How should I store the boat on the trailer?
Lower the stern slightly, use a UV cover, lubricate the axle regularly and check tyre pressure. Protect soft parts from direct sunlight.
