A professional repair adhesive specially designed for dinghies made of Neoprene Hypalon. This 2-component product consists of a 125 ml can with glue and an included bottle with 7.5 ml hardener. Suitable for all types of Neoprene Hypalon dinghies.

Instructions in 7 clear steps

1. Prepare your work area
   Provide an environment with a temperature of 20°C to 25°C and humidity below 70%.

2. Mix adhesive with hardener
   Add 7.5 ml of hardener to the can containing 125 ml of adhesive. Let this rest for about 30 minutes until the adhesive is workable.

3. Sanding and degreasing

   • Lightly sand both the patch (sticker) and the area on your boat.

   • Degrease with thinner, not acetone!

4. Apply adhesive - three times

   • Spread both surfaces thinly with long, straight strokes.

   • Allow to dry for 10 min.

   • Repeat three times until the glue no longer sticks.

5. Apply patch
   Press the patch firmly from the center to the edges, preferably with a blunt object.

6. Remove excess adhesive
   Clean glue residue immediately with thinner and press the edges well again.

7. Let dry thoroughly
   Let dry at least 24 hours at a stable temperature. Do not inflate the boat during this period!
