Description
Epifanes Polyester Putty is a polyester putty based on semi-flexible polyester resin. It is virtually shrink-free, has a high filling capacity and is fast and well sandable. This putty offers excellent adhesion to properly cleaned and degreased polyester, making it ideal for repairs to polyester or for smaller repairs in paint systems on steel.

Application
Suitable for repairs to polyester above the waterline or smaller repairs in paint systems on steel above the waterline. It is repaintable with all Epifanes one and two component products.

Processing time & Sandability.

Sandable: After 30-60 minutes at 18°C
Processing time at 20°C: 5-10 minutes, depending on temperature and amount applied.

Advice
It is recommended to sand the putty immediately after curing and to pre-lacquer with 20% diluted topcoat to prevent moisture absorption and sagging of the topcoat.

Mixing ratio

Hardener: 2-4% of total volume
