The Secumar Semi-Automatic Junior Lifejacket 110N Blue is a cleverly designed children’s lifejacket for young passengers weighing approximately 20 to 50 kg who need to be able to travel safely and comfortably on board. This automatically inflatable model has a compact design, making it much more comfortable to wear than a large, bulky children’s lifejacket. This is particularly important for children, as a lifejacket only provides proper protection if it is actually worn. The ergonomically shaped shoulder section and the extremely short design ensure plenty of freedom of movement, whilst the Winglet buoyancy chamber provides extra freeboard and helps the wearer to assume a supine position more quickly. With a buoyancy of approximately 110N, comparable to a 150N class for adults, this model is tailored to the safety requirements for children in this weight class.
