Sjippie Waterproofing DRY is a versatile waterproofing product suitable for almost any type of canvas that can be impregnated. With one bottle you can waterproof approximately 15 m² of cloth. For best results, apply the product to a clean and completely dry surface. If the canvas is dirty, we recommend cleaning it first with Sjippie Convertible & Cloth Cleaner. After cleaning, the canvas should dry for at least 24 hours. If you do not have time to let the canvas dry completely, you can use Sjippie Waterproofing Wet for wet surfaces instead.

Method of use

Before starting the treatment, it is important to brush the cloth well to remove loose dirt, such as sand. Make sure the surface is completely clean and dry. Then spray the Sjippie Waterproofing DRY evenly onto the canvas. It is better to apply two thin coats than one thick coat, as this improves the water repellency. Work in small, manageable sections so you can apply the product evenly. Keep in mind that the fabric may darken slightly after treatment. Should the product accidentally get on other surfaces, wipe immediately with a cloth or tissue.

Allow the treated surface to dry for at least 24 hours before it is completely waterproof. Close the bottle tightly after use and store it frost-free to ensure an unlimited shelf life of the product.
