Epifanes Epoxy Filler 1500

Description
Epifanes Epoxy Filler 1500 is a high-quality, two-component putty that is highly dense, waterproof and shrink-proof. It offers excellent mechanical resistance and is resistant to water immersion. The putty has excellent impact and shock resistance, and after drying and curing is shrinkage-free and highly sandable. Ideal for repairs and fills, can be applied in one operation up to 1.5 cm.

Application
Suitable for use on wood, steel, aluminum and polyester, both below and above the waterline. This epoxy putty can be used in both two-component and one-component paint systems in combination with the correct primers, such as Epifanes Multi Marine Primer.

Processing

Paintable: After 24 hours at 18°C
Yield: Suitable for filling larger areas with a maximum layer thickness of 1.5 cm at a time.
Sanding: Sand with grain 100-120 for a smooth and tight result.
Application tip: Clean puttyed areas with Epifanes Cleaning Thinner for optimum adhesion and to prevent sandpaper filling up.
