The Hidea HDF8 Long-Shaft Electric is a compact, powerful 8 hp 4-stroke twin-cylinder outboard motor, designed for boats with a higher transom, such as aluminium boats and medium-sized inflatable boats. The longer shaft ensures that the propeller is always optimally positioned in the water, enabling the motor to deliver smooth power, even under heavier loads. Thanks to its quiet operation, low vibration and efficient fuel consumption, this engine is ideal for both short trips and longer journeys.
The engine features a recoil start and electric start, CDI ignition, forward-neutral-reverse gear selection and adjustable throttle friction. As the exhaust is integrated into the propeller, you can enjoy a quiet ride. The included 12-litre fuel tank is fitted with a fuel gauge.
