The Hidea HDF20 Short-shaft Electric Start is a powerful yet compact 4-stroke outboard motor that delivers outstanding performance in a portable package. The advanced cross-flow induction and tuned intake system ensure the engine responds instantly to the throttle, whilst vibrations and engine noise are significantly reduced. This makes the HDF20 ideal for inflatable boats/RIBs, aluminium fishing boats and console boats with a low transom.
The engine can be started manually or electrically. The digital CDI ignition ensures easy starting and a quick throttle response. With forward-neutral-reverse gear, adjustable steering friction and a shallow-water setting, manoeuvring is simple and controlled. The propeller-mounted exhaust ensures quieter cruising, whilst the thermostatically controlled cooling system keeps the engine at a constant temperature. The engine comes with a 12-litre fuel tank.
